Ms. Vivian provided a fantastic car buying experience. I am fundamentally against the hours of back and forth typically associated with buying a car. Vivian was the FIRST salesperson to actual respect this. I 100% recommend giving her a visit if you find yourself in need of a new vehicle.
Had my vehicle for 3 weeks and it is still not fixed. Said I had bad fuel when it came in. It only took a picture of it and did not keep a sample of it. Got into my personal things in the vehicle without permission. Very bad experience
Max is top notch. He is knowledgeable, patient and kind. We bought a Chevy traverse through him and had a smooth and stress free experience. I would definitely recommend him. In addition, Alicia, the finance manager was extremely personable making connections and put us at ease, yet was extremely knowledgeable about the finance aspect of buying a car. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend buying your next car here. PS ask for Max and Alicia.
My wife and I just bought our new traverse on Saturday and the customer service provided by the team and primarily the saleman Max, it was by far the best experience we’ve ever had at a car dealership. I would highly recommend asking for Max. He went above and beyond on our numerous questions. 10/10 would come back.
