I always get excellent customer service and top notch automotive care. Jessica Kraft is my service advisor and she is very good at her job. Courteous, respect and considerate, keeps me informed of service issues and waiting time but with all other customers as well. Nice friendly environment and staff. This Cadillac service is very expensive. Oil change and a new FOB and all the made up changes $504 kind of unbelievable
