I always get excellent customer service and top notch automotive care. Jessica Kraft is my service advisor and she is very good at her job. Courteous, respect and considerate, keeps me informed of service issues and waiting time but with all other customers as well. They increased the asking price by $7,000 on the vehicle from the online price and also got upset that I didn't want to Finance with one of their lenders. They wanted to charge me over $1,000 to powder coat the rims on the vehicle that I was test driving, after the salesman told me that they would care of it for free. The manager Mauricio seems like a real snake.
