Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I was really impressed with how advanced and sophisticated their equipment was. Everything was so new and well taken care of it practically sparkled. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I think Dr.Williams is the best!

I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. They seemed really knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions in-depth. I understood all my options fully and they really took the time to make sure my questions were answered.
