I showed up on time for my appointment but they weren't even there yet. I had to wait quite a while for them and my entire day's schedule was messed up. They didn't follow through with almost everything they told me I would get when I first arrived. I feel like they slighted me.. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine.
