All that is great about locally owned and family operated businesses. I was a first time customer and only needed a relatively minor service but was treated with same courtesy and importance as the many repeat customers that were in the store. Also...the interaction between the owners and their customers makes it easy to see why there were so many people that obviously had come back time and time again.
The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and they have a gorgeous selection of jewelry. My husband and I moved to Ohio in between getting engaged and getting married and they were great about getting my rings soldered together, even though they were purchased elsewhere. My husband now knows that jewelry gifts must come from here!
