My family has always gone to Warren for our jewelry. The customer service is Superior, and they will do whatever it takes to make you happy. I stopped in real quick to ask for some help sizing a bracelet I had purchased online that did not fit correctly. Even though I had not purchased the bracelet here, I was immediately approached and had my bracelet completely re-sized and ready for me to wear home within 10 minutes. When I asked how much I owed for this service, I was told I didn't owe anything! Words cannot express how much I appreciated this!!
