Recently had our 10+ year old failing HVAC system replaced with a coastal system. The team who came out for the installation was incredibly knowledgeable, respectful and responsive to any questions we had with the process. Highly recommend! We've also had Zane's help with a couple of issues over the years - always timely, responsive, and helpful. Thank you!

Zane is a totally unreputable company. They installed a $23,000 new HVAC system for me last year and it has never worked properly. The orginal techinician installed the the first floor system on second floor and he was fired by Michael Zane. They came back several times and could not get second floor to cool properly. They said they would have the manufacturer back in the fall and never did. On hot days the second floor of house would never cool below 78 degrees when set at 70 degrees. When we bought our beach house, we planned to replace both HVAC systems (a nice size job). Our realtor suggested Edward Zane and gave me a contact number. I didn’t know where I was calling, and it turned out to be his mobile number. He was absolutely irate about receiving the call, which didn’t go well, and he said I would need to call the office. I called the office and never got a return call. We used a competitor and had an excellent experience (quality, customer experience, and pricing). And we have continued annual serv... read more
