As an avid golfer with an active lifestyle, I wasn't looking forward to hip surgery, but am so happy with the results of Dr. Stolarski's anterior hip replacement. They had me walking within a few hours of surgery, and I went home the next day. The pain was much less (managed with Tylenol) ~ and the recovery much quicker ~ than expected. Ten days post-surgery I was walking over 2 miles per day on my own ~ without walker or cane. Dr. Stolarski and his staff are "rock stars" in my book!
Knee replacement is nothing to undertake lightly but Dr. Stolarski & his staff made it a successful experience. Jackie, the P.A., guided me through all the options including therapy and injections before I made the decision to have surgery. Dr, Stolarski answered all my questions & gave me confidence that I had made the right choice for my surgeon. Surgery went well & followup wirh P.A., James,was both encouraging & entertaining. Dr. Stolarski has impeccable credentials & unparalleled skill.
Dr Stolarski performed a hip replacement on me using the new anterior surgical approach. He provided ample time to answer all my questions during my pre- op appointment and gave me assurance that the surgery would go easily. In fact it exceeded my expectations with minimal pain. They had me walking within hours of surgery. I moved to a cane in less than a week and after 2.5 weeks I am walking without any props. He is the best.
The BEST is right here in Sarasota. I knew I made the right choice for my anterior hip replacement at the end of my 35-minute consultation in November. That feeling was manifested to the ultimate degree following January surgery. Walked 3 hours after surgery, out of the hospital in 2 days, lengthy strolls just two weeks after surgery. Resuming my biking (minimal pace) in a few days), and back to the gym (upper body limitation for a short time). Life is good - than you Dr. Stolarski!
As a retired orthopedic surgeon, I'm extremely grateful for the gifted hands and surgical expertise of Dr. Stolarski following replacement of my arthritic hip. More importantly, I'm grateful for his patience, understanding, professionalism and caring attitude. Overall, i would strongly recommend him and his staff without reservation.
Dr. Stolarski did a total hip replacement on me in October, 2016. I can't tell you how very happy I am to have my life back. Dr. Stolarski did a wonderful job and I would highly recommend him to anyone who is in need of a hip replacement. He came highly recommended to me and how lucky for me to have him do my surgery. My left hip was osteo arthritic and I had been limping for over two years. I decided to let Dr. Stolarski do a hip replacement scheduled for 10/17/16. I was walking that same afternoon and went home the next morning. I was in work exactly two weeks, to the day, after the operation with no more limping and no pain. 4 weeks after the operation I was back to walking 30 miles per week. I highly recommend Dr Stolarski.
After 12 unsuccessful joint surgeries by other orthopedics Dr Stolarski did an almost pain free hip replacement! Walking with no cane or walker after a few days! I Love him and his incredible team! I am now scheduled for a redo knee replacement that I had done in Texas 14 years ago! It always hurt and now is unbearable. I am so grateful for Dr Stolarski for wanting to help me have a better quality of life!
I'm so thankful that Dr. Stolarski performed my anterior hip replacement surgery 8/22/16. After years of terrible arthritis pain, to a point where I couldn't do my normal activities, I now have a strong, pain-free right leg --- what a relief! I've never had surgery so felt anxious about the procedure - Dr. Stolarski and his excellent medical team completely addressed my issues in a kind, friendly, and humorous way, setting my mind at ease. Now I'm preparing to have my right hip done in 2017! :-)
