Dr. Stolarski did an excellent surgery on my hip replacement, he is professional but also personal and makes you feel very comfortable. I am more than happy with the results and would recommend him to all friends and family. His staff was very friendly and my husband appreciated the contact Dr. Stolarski made with him after the surgery. Our experience with Dr. Stolarski and his staff was excellent.
I’m given little space for this review. So 2 important points: The office is run like a factory assembly line. I saw Dr Stolarski for a very short introduction prior to my total hip replacement. He was nice but his staff are not interested in patients with residual pain issues post op. Pre op you are scheduled by weight. I’m not obese but my surgery was last of the day regardless of my explicit request for early am. 1.5 years later I’m still in pain. The rest of the review doesn’t matter.
I could barely walk and when I did you could hear a grinding. My pain was excruciating and it turned out both hips were shot and the grinding was the sound of bone on bone. Dr. Stolarski explained what had happened to my hips and how he would go about replacing both. My surgeries went well and Dr. Stolarski was always available before and after surgery. My new hips are great and I feel fortunate that I found Dr. Stolarski.
Very professional! I was confident he was my guy 5 minutes after meeting him. Replaced my hip then both knees. Great experience and outcome. Back skiing and playing tennis!
As a surgeon, Dr. Stolarski is allegedly 'the best.' And he's the first to tell you that. He spends very little time with his patients, passing us off to Nurse Practitioner(s) as quickly as possible. His pompous sense of 'entitlement' was SUCH a turnoff that I dropped him like a rock. ( but as he's rather short he didn't have far to fall) I 'suppose' his 'hype' is true, but as a human being-he's an insufferable Twit.
Dr Stolarski revised my original knee replacement surgery. After the first one, I was unable to walk without pain and discomfort even after 5 months. He revised the previous doctor's work. After just two weeks after the revision, the results were amazing! I am now able to walk, jog, play golf -- enjoy my life. Thanks, doc!
High volume does not mean top care. Too rushed, poor follow up
Dr. Stolarski did a hip replacement. Before surgery, he was concerned about my Fibromyalgia causing MUCH more pain. He promised to keep me comfortable while in the hospital. The pain was a 15 out of 10! After surgery, I NEVER saw him again. Only his PA, James. He took me off the IV the day after surgery though I was crying, screaming, begging him not to. Dr. S. is all about who's NEXT. Not the patient's comfort. I need another hip done, but it WON'T be by HIM!
Two weeks ago, Dr. Stolarski performed hip replacement surgery. I am an active 67 year old and yoga teacher. I have been in pain with every step I took and even at rest. My lack of range of motion reduced my ability to participate in anything I liked to do. It came to the point where I couldn't bend to put my shoe on. Post surgery, I never had any pain from day one. I am so grateful to the doctor and his team. I am driving, walking without cane, and learning to regain my confidence.
