Dr. Shen was recommended to me by several people. He quickly diagnosed my pain, provided explanations that I understood, and took his time with me explaining my treatment options. He has a wonderful beside manner, was compassionate in understanding my pain when I could not fully explain what was going on with me besides being in uncontrollable pain, he calmed me down, found out the cause of my pain and took care of me the same day. Dr Shen knows what he is doing, Love the way I am treated in the office.
I love the way I was treated since the fist day i came into the office. Their main concern was to make me feel better. They worked with my insurance to make sure the procedures I needed were approved on the same day, right away. The staff is one of the greatest if not the greatest, they are so friendly,helpful.
