Mike Edwards responded to a post where he said he wished the truck driver had hit the peaceful protesters yesterday on 35W. Not the kind of person I would trust to be in my home.
I've been a customer for years and can't imagine changing. One clogged drain and one slow drain this time. Called first thing in the morning and Ryan was able to come out same day. He's a great guy and does a great job. Can't say enough good things about Edwards Plumbing - always do a great job very quickly at a great price.
Out of the 3 plumbers we called, Mike recognized our urgency and was the only one to call us back. We had a nasty clog we tried to DIY ourselves so ended up with a nasty clog AND a partially damaged drain kit. He didn't make us feel like idiot, cleaned up before he left, and was super friendly. Would gladly call him 1st next time.
Needed a garbage disposal replaced and two pipes cleaned. Totally impossible to get a handyman in cottage grove. Called Edwards on a Wednesday. Everything fixed Friday afternoon. Professional and prompt. Will call Edwards first on any plumbing issue in the future. 5 stars
I would recommend Edwards Plumbing!! They were so great fixing the leak in my bathroom. They were very upfront with the options they had to resolve the issue. Gave me the best case/worst case scenario. Lucky for me they were able to fix the leak with the best case scenario! The work was done quickly and at a very good price. I appreciate that!! They also noticed a problem with my water softener and told me a few options to resolve that until I get time to have it fixed. Thanks Edwards Plumbing for helping me.
They did an outstanding job. They were early for the appointment, got done quicker than I thought they would, and the job was done very professionally. I can't thank them enough for helping getting my water heater up and running again. I highly recommended there's service.
