The only word I can come up with is… weird! Staff is cold and unfriendly and unhelpful.The doctor spent plenty if time but only pushed a small pirtion of available options. It did not feel like they were recommended for my needs but rather what he sells. So I guess if I could describe it it felt like they were trying to force me me to be a circle in a square.!! It is NOT a good feeling especially when it is coming from a medical clinic that should only want what is best from every patient whether they choose you or not.
how he explained everything and did not rush the visit. He's a credit to the medical professon. He must be in the 1 % of the doctors I have seen!! EXCEPTIONAL DOCTOR!!!
I visited this doctor with my dad a few days ago. Like another reviewer mentioned, he lacks empathy. I am a recently retired Firefighter Paramedic. His advice went completely against a doctors HIPPOCRATIC oath. Mainly with my situation he violated 'and shall minimize suffering whenever a cure cannot be obtained' because of the craAs a retired Healthcare practitioner myself, I can agree with another reviewer that he lacks empathy. my daughter had a severe negative reaction to Xyrem and when I reported it to his office , the doctor did not come to the phone nor did he follow up with a call after hours or have anyone call us back to see how my daughter was doing. Terrible experience!
I was a formal patient of his. I’m an elderly man and was seeking medical advice from Dr Mezerhane in how to properly use my cpat machine. The office nurse partitioner was very rude and unprofessional when answering my questions regarding the cpat. The nurse partitioner did not take the time to assist me with my medical concerns. The Doctor himself is great, but I am really struggling with the lack of professionalism the staff has been demonstrating. From having an attitude as if they are doing me a favor, to not proving timely information regarding appointments and protocols, it has been less than ideal dealing with the team. I was a patient for 2 years. The doc is excellent but good luck making an appointment. I called and left messages for two weeks; they claimed they called me back and left messages after I complained, and then proceeded to ‘fire’ me as a patient rather than deescalate, call me and apologize and ask me when I’d like to come in.
