Edward Hill Property Management is a great! I've been living in one of their homes for approximately 3 yrs. They are very professional and reliable ppl. The property managers are always available and if not someone is always there to answer questions. What I like most is there 24/7 maintenance hotline if an emergency with home.
I am very pleased with the service that I have received from Edward Hill Property Management. I previously had used 2 management companies for my inner-city building and neither was able do the job sufficiently. Since Edward Hill and company took over the management of my property, my issues with Section 8 have been resolved and vacancies have dropped to zero. They are straight forward and very professional and they will take over the management of my other two buildings when my current management contracts expire .
