Edward has a large heart to help out vets with home buying or sellingin the Puget sound. I highly recommend you give him a call if you're looking to purchase or sell.
Don't trust this guy. He helps shady overseas owners find renters and then helps them neglect their properties. He'll "represent" the landlord when it comes time to sign a lease, but he refuses contact the owner when a water main break floods the sidewalk, trees fall down, drains leak, or mailboxes need to be replaced. Ed is a knowledgeable, attentive and very dependable agent. I have personally worked very closely with him on the purchase of my first home and less than a year later, my 2nd investment property.
