I don't know why in the world I went here but I guess I just called Cedars and asked the breast center for plastics and why?? I guess I was too busy and not paying attention to remembering that research is KEY!!!!!! I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Ray and his entire team - especially Chelsea. I’ve had multiple surgeries with him, and from start to finish, every experience was exceptional. Dr. Ray is not only incredibly skilled, but also kind, compassionate, and endlessly patient. He always took the time to listen, answer my questions, and make sure I felt safe and supported. Very impressed with the bedside manner of this Dr. He was patient, affirming, explained things extremely thoroughly and gave my son a glimmer of hope. Had surgery a year prior at CHLA and it didn't heal properly. CHLA didn't seem to have a solution. Dr. Ray seemed to think it wasn't too complicated of a fix. We have not done the surgery yet to repair it but I was very happy with our initial meeting. He explained scarring, timelines to healing, various options, products, etc... Very knowledgeable and informative.
Answered all my questions and it’s an amazing doctor ! Gives his honest opinion and will take really good care of you.
He is the best reconstructive surgeon! He is totally accessible. I am beyond happy with my results. You wouldn't even know that I have had reconstructive surgery. I am a 3 time cancer survivor.
