Going to his office is not at all like "pulling hen's teeth"...pun intended. It's actually a fun place to go and the background music is awesome. Sure his jokes are cheesy, but they really are funny. Oh, and the dental staff and service is great!
He listens better than any other dentist that I've ever been too. He doesn't dismiss your concerns or pain. He lets you know what is going on before he does anything.
I went to Dr. Berger for five years and am sad I have to leave him as I have moved from the area. He was always extremely helpful and professional and I trusted him completely. What I valued the most is that he never recommended unnessary treatments as many dentists do. He does enjoy telling stories and is quite lively, but it makes the time in the chair go more quickly. He was also always very accomodating to my schedule and completed my appointments in a timely manner. Not a thing I would complain about.
Dr. Berger is an exceptional dentist and I would recommend him to anyone. A very funny dentist who makes going to the "the dentist" an enjoyable experience.
Dr. B is a first rate Dentist. I've been seeing him for a few years now. He does great work and is very trustworthy. He's a keeper! I highly recommend him to anyone who is seeking great work from a doctor they can trust.
I have a lot of teeth issues - old fillings, a couple of previous root canals, one that continues to give me trouble... and Dr. Berger has been tremendous at carefully considering any additional treatments. He always weighs the cost with the outcome, his capacity to address or refer, and he does it all with a great sense of humor. His staff couldn't be any more pleasant, and the whole team takes a lot of the 'fear' out of going to the dentist.
I've been going to Dr. Berger for 6 years and have referred 7 people to him. He is such a nice guy and is very approachable with any questions. Plus he tells the funniest stories and jokes to relax you because going to the dentist can be very stressful!
I went to Dr. Berger for a general cleaning after not seeing a dentist for 6 years. He was very informative. I had many questions after discoverying I would need a root canal, all my wisdom teeth removed and a crown. He helped with my insurance information and so much more. He made me feel very relaxed. He is also a funny guy. I would recommend him in a heart beat. I still need to have my crown done, but all in good time and I trust Dr. Berger.
OK for basics. My wife needed extensive work due to car accident and he said he could not help. Left her hanging with major problems
