Ineffective, non-personalized service in my experience. The acupuncture blanket approach is certifiable nonsense. Did not do anything related to my low and mid back pain. I went for several weeks- no treatment plan was discussed, and never had an answer for the estimated duration of my care. This was over 4 years ago.

Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes Did your provider ask enough questions that you felt they took a holistic approach to your appointment? I was impressed. Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Yes! They couldn't do anything they told me they would be able to Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off! Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? Yes, I had to wait forever. Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Did this chiropractor pay attention to your problem area? No, not really Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable Did this provider show attention to detail? Kind of, but not very much Did this chiropractor pressure you to return for unnecessary follow-ups? A little, I was uncomfortable

Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? No, there weren't many to choose from Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Yes, they said I was overreacting, and I knew I wasn't Was this provider's staff friendly? Friendly Enough Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Not at all. It was obvious they didn't care about me
