Eileen is the rudest person that I’ve ever experienced at a doctor’s office. She doesn’t follow-up with setting appointments and asks you to call again and again to remind her of your appointment! She accused me of getting an attitude with her and although I have Great reasons to be Upset I didn’t vent towards her because I still needed my medical appt to be made with the doctor.
