For those complaining, guess what... If you start out nice and polite, they are nice. Like others, we have been going there for years. Quick service, low price. $13.72 to plug a tire, swap it with the spare I was driving on, put spare back under car, check pressure in all tires. Less than 20 minutes including waiting behind another customer. Ended with "have a nice day". What more could I ask for?
They were always accommodating and always friendly. One of the things I miss about Kenosha
My tire plug cost three times as much as it did when I was there just a year ago the gentleman that took my money at the register was rude didn't even so much as look up and say hello and the gentleman that actually fix the plug in my tire told me not to get an attitude with him when I asked him a very simple question. Even though I live one block away from this place I won't so much as by a gumball here they treat their customers like garbage and they don't deserve to be in business.
This evening my tire pressure was rapidly dropping in one of my tires. I brought it over to Ed's at 7:30pm and by 7:45 my tire was repaired. The staff was friendly, fast and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them for any of your tire needs. Thank you again for being open late and being so helpful!
shout out to Ed's used tires, went in with a trailer for 2 tires, they fixed me right up... fair priced, tires were great and install was done right a way...thanks guys!
