I went in to get a set of tires for my car and what they showed me were crap tires that were ready to be recycled. Many tires were bald or down to the wire. How can They sell tires in that bad of shape to people, knowing that those tires will cause an accident, maybe even cost someone's life. Huge liability issue. The customer service was equally crappy. They woman that answers the phone has no customer service skills and is not courteous. This business has always been this way since they opened.

Terrible experience, awful representative. I had a tire change and a balance, they cracked my rim while installing. They then sent me with an employee to a personal friend of theirs to weld my rim. While returning after having to get a ride because I was just dropped off she not only wouldn't make it any cheaper due to damaging my rim but she yelled and called my friend and I very insulting names. Y’all customer service sucks, just like y’all service.
I went to get my tire fix from a small leak and everything was going good until I see the guy was not able to balance him self right and had a strong smell of liquor I figured it’s hot why not you know ok well this guy is trying to fix the small hole and I see him punching two more holes because he lost the firts hole and the lady comes out and tells me they have to replace the tire on my Chevy Silverado I was like no thank you your guys is not right in there and she said he’s been doing this for 8 years well that figures th... read more
Always been good and kind to me and took care of business!
WORST customer service!!! She was extremely rude and disrespectful to my husband on the phone and lost our business for good. The place is a dump anyway if you ask me.
