Amazing!! I’m from out of state and didn’t realize what time they closed and they gave me a little time to look at the menu, stayed open past closing, and we’re SO nice on the phone and when I picked up. With everything going on, they are going above and beyond to provide amazing service and food. Also, can we talk about how AMAZING the bison taco were? Perfect amount of spice for me. Highly recommend and if I’m ever in Estes again, this is a must visit. The world needs more people like y’all!! THANK YOU!
Definitely not a “Mexican” restaurant.
We ate at Ed’s on our way through Estes Park for vacation on Thursday, and stopped for dinner again on Sunday on our way home. We appreciated the vegan menu options and are OBSESSED with the vegan creamy molé! The wait staff was so friendly and attentive as well! Love love love!
Absolutely delicious chicken tacos, so good I had to go back a second day in a row. Today I discovered their fried green beans, oh my! Yum Yum Yum!

EVERYTHING!! Had my wedding reception here and it was perfect! Can not say enough wonderful things about the tentative and friendly staff. The food, oh man we get so many compliments from our guest on how good the food was. I couldn't imagine my wedding day any other way!
