RecommendedWe loved this place!! The staff was so nice and helpful. We were hungry and the food didn't disappoint. It was so easy to hop on the digital waiting list--this allowed us to shop around and come back when our table was ready. The bison burrito and enchiladas were so good! The queso was great too. Highly recommend. Also, felt very safe. This was the first time we had eaten in a restaurant since March due to the pandemic.
RecommendedGreat food, great margaritas, I was going to Ed’s when it was the little bar with very limited seating. We come from Kansas to stay and Alway stop at Ed’s. Amazing place for over 35 years.

RecommendedWe happened into this restaurant right out of the Rocky Mountain National Park and were blown away! Great staff, excellent food, and fantastic service. We had the fajitas, smoked salmon bowl, and pork/cabbage stew. Local food sourcing designated on the menu and healthy options too!
