We have gone to Ed 's for over twenty years. We are very disappointed with the food and menu changes. The chimichanga filling change based upon pre-made and not made fresh anymore. You can't get a beef chimichanga made anymore unless that is the pre-made mix for that day. They sub items that are listed on the menu without letting you know and Don't provide you with the items listed, example: lettuce and tomato. We loved it came back again the next night so delicious!!
We came up for a visit from Iowa to visit son at the YMCA of the Rockies and we had dinner at eds cantina the food was amazing we will be back :-) :-)!
