Emily is an amazing waitress! The food was very good as well I'd recommend the bison tacos ���
I try to eat at Ed's when I come to Estes. The food is good with most portions big enough to share and I get a carafe of the house margaritas. The service is prompt and the servers are friendly and accommodating. On Sunday nights, they close at 8:30 and the website says 9, so be careful of this. Most restaurants in Esates are at best mediocre, but I think Ed's is definitely better than mediocre. If you're looking for Mexican, Ed's is the place in Estes to go.
Ok food. Noce atmosphere. Way overpriced for the quality you get.
We had the most wonderful time at Ed's last night. Amazing family and friends were there. Great music and Margaritas. Our Bartender Taylor was awesome as usual. It was a fun night for all including our 7 year old Grandson.
