I haven't received my products yet, but so far I'm not impressed. I placed an order 10 days ago that still hasn't arrived at the shipping carrier. On the website, they claim to pride themselves on customer service, but I don't consider that good customer service. Thank goodness I don't need the items until 12/15. I even paid $8.95 for shipping on a $30 order, which is crazy expensive for such slow service. I doubt that I will order from them again.
RecommendedFirst time visit they had a very nice selection, low prices I did find what I needed my only issue was the service the young man was a bit short with his answers I don't know why there was only 1 gentleman browsing besides myself...All I asked was if he had other ring cases he said "just buy everything separate the boxes are there & the sponge inserts are over there get everything separate" he sounded a bit annoyed so I just figured it out myself
