This statement of appreciation for Edmonds Eyecare is long overdue. From scheduling an appointment to picking up new glasses, the Edmonds Eyecare team ensured a smooth process. Dr. Stoebner listened to my concerns and patiently answered my questions. Getting fitted for new glasses here was the most enjoyable I've experienced anywhere else. I was not rushed or upsold on services and received a wonderful pair of eyeglasses.
I had an extraordinary customer service experience with Melissa. I had brought my friend (who suffers from Parkinson’s) to Quest from Port Townsend for blood tests. Unfortunately we forgot the paperwork for the test. After unsuccessfully trying to have the doctor’s office fax the paperwork, I went to the office across the hall (Edmonds Eyecare Associates) and pleaded my case to Melissa. Will not be returning here. Copayment and insurance was not explained to me so I was left with a large bill to pay. When I called with questions, the woman in billing was snarky and rude with me. She wouldn’t let me finish talking and cut me off multiple times. Plus the doctor gave me no real help for my dry eye and brushed me off.
Overall great experience. In every aspect. Schedule an appointment was easy check in was nice friendly and easy. Dr Ben was great. Made everything quick and efficient. Then picking up glasses with Brianna was a great process overall wonderful staff
