Great experience here! Prompt and friendly staff and have helped with my TBI recover immensely
No responses or follow-up from front office for scheduling and other matters. Neuro-optical therapy is poor in comparison to other doctors.
I’m supposed to be receiving neuro-optical therapy from this practice on a weekly basis to support concussion recovery which I’m dependent on to progress my health and return to work, however...I’ve been texting, calling, and emailing the Edmonds office at Wills Eye for over a week with no answer and no response to texts and voicemails and only a simple response to my email stating to call the scheduling line. This has been the worst experience with the timeliness of receiving my lenses. Will not be using this provider again in the future. It’s been almost a month and they still don’t have my lenses. They use a vendor all the way in California. I paid for these out of my pocket. I do not feel like a priority with this place
Edmonds’ vision therapy is excellent and helped in my recovery from a brain injury. I only wish I had started seeing them earlier in my recovery.
