Everyone at Family Dental is always friendly and helpful. My hygienist, Nicole is kind, efficient and knowledgeable and always answers my questions and concerns quickly.

The directions to register and wait for my appointment, given the COVID crisis, were clear and reasonable. I was called for my treatment in a timely manner. My cleaning and observation by the dentist were done in the usual professional manner. Overall, my experience was that the Family Dental Center's handling of the treatment of patients during the pandemic was completely reassuring.

As always, Lisa, Dr. Betzing and the front office team were welcoming, friendly, helpful and efficient. They all used the highest health and safety precautions as well. Lisa, the Dentists and their assistants are thorough and caring professionals that I highly recommend for your dental care.
Service is always great! Even during this pandemic they haven't missed a step. The doctors and assistants are all wonderful and Lisa you're fantastic!!!
