At Edley's Bar-b-que we treat everyone who walks through the door like an old family friend. We pride ourselves with not taking any shortcuts in the kitchen. Our meats are smoked tow and slow using Southern white oak. The sides are made from scratch daily with the same amount of attention. Very good and fresh. Staff is very polite and accommodating. Will be back. I had the burnt ends, grit cassarole, Cole slaw, and baked beans. Very good.
Amazing well deserved awards dating back since 2014 best of Nashville, and they ain't lying, I had the sausage and brisket combo with the mac n cheese and potato salad, 10/10! Try the ghost BBQ sauce! savory and spicy, with an inviting sweetness and a lingering spicy-ness

Edley’s BBQ in Middle Tennessee Local flavor which is on the mild side. The meat falls off the bone and is tender.
