At Edley's Bar-b-que we treat everyone who walks through the door like an old family friend. We pride ourselves with not taking any shortcuts in the kitchen. Our meats are smoked tow and slow using Southern white oak. The sides are made from scratch daily with the same amount of attention. Fantastic food - the grilled avocado with bbq was delicious!!! Can’t recommend it enough.
My wife and I ate at Edley’s tonight and shared the Tri-Star platter with the grits casserole and baked beans. The food was delicious and the service was very good. Keira at the register is a gem!
