I had a pork sandwich and there was plenty of meat. The green beans and mac n cheese were a good size portion. The service was quick. After you've ordered your food, you can sit in their restaurant or just outside in plentiful tables. The cashier was helpful.
I had to go get the banana pudding the couple we were with ordered for their kids it was taking so long... For pudding. My husband ordered ribs and pulled pork then they came and told him they were out of ribs. And offered him whatever he wanted... He got turkey. They brought him 2 slices of turkey. Great BBQ restaurant at the Factory at Franklin to eat it with everything very tasty and delicious and smoked just right. Very cool atmosphere too. Easy to seat at. You just order up front, take your number after you pay for it and grab your drink cup to take to the drink fountain. Then your food is served to you very neat and cool like. Love this bbq place!!!!!!
6 of us ordered meals - turkey sandwich, half chicken, and brisket slices. Oddest damn thing ever - all were luke warm and that is being generous. The meats were all cool, temperature wise. I could imagine one of the meats not being hot, but all of them!??! Now, I'm no health inspector, but there is no way that serving hot meals at this temp is safe eating. Cool location, but the food quality is just flat unacceptable.
Edley’s is my go to when hosting a crowd and I want food that tastes better than homemade. Always great quality, great service, consistent and highest quality with tons of flavor!
