Not a great experience tonight. I love Edley’s as a 12-South resident a decade ago but the experience I had tonight will make me question coming back. They ran out of brisket at 6:00 PM, offered a substitute, rescinded the substitute in favor of Wagyu brisket. The food took close to an hour and the service was non-existent. The team blamed problems on understaffing. When the food came it was cold. $30 later I regret every cent. Hoping this was an anomaly.
Had a great experience today! Naya at the front was helpful and friendly. She recommended the new dirty sodas to us as well as some of the most popular menu items. The “Dirty Dr Pepper” and the “Pink Flamingo” were very tasty! Great environment and even better food! Definitely recommend stopping by on your next trip to Franklin!
Every time we come to Edley’s we know we will get great food and service with a smile. All of the staff along with the manager are very nice and professional. The best bbq in town!
Excellent service, very nice ambiance, amazing food and specials. Overall 10/10 and classic southern charm
