These guys are awesome! The GM Ben is the kindest person you've ever met. I went to the store to purchase a gift card to donate to a silent auction for a local charity and to ask for them to throw in a freebie (sauce, etc.). Not only did Ben gladly offer the free sauce, but also refused to take my money for the gift card. What a dude!
It was our first visit. Logan, the cashier, explained the menu thoroughly. He also brought our food to us rather quickly. And since it was our first visit, gave the two of us a free banana pudding. He offered excellent customer service.
This was our first time at Edley's BBQ as we are in the process of moving to Franklin. I am pretty discriminating in my BBQ tastes but your food blew my wife and I away. Fantastic!! And a heartfelt shout-out to Davis, who explained your great food with expertise and treated my wife and I like a king and queen. Thank you so much...we look forward to coming back a lot when we move here!
