We are a repeat customer of EDJ. Their team is very knowledgeable and professional! We recommend them for your tree trimming needs.
My fancy and expensive mailbox was accidentally knocked down by the lawn guy. I didn't see it happen but the supervisor Jeanette was out there taking pictures. She explained what had happened, gave me her business and assured me it would be replaced. I spoke with James, the manager. He placed the order and personally delivered the mailbox to my home.
Lauderdale west here as well my mom owns a home and she was completely disrespected and they scalped her tree. Was not even dead limbs she had an orchid hanging and they cut that down as well. I believe the worst part was watching the guy w the saw just being so disrespectful. HOA or not she owns this property they truly need to loose yhis account if homeowners are being treated this way.
As a resident of Lauderdale West I speak for everyone here that this company is a joke! They're not lawn care! They're lawn maintenance! Look at all the homes here & notice the 12in parameter around our homes & you'll see a dead zone of grass & weeds replacing it! They cut too short & the grass dies. I even have an area behind my home where i used sod to repair the mess only to have the sod destroyed replaced by weeds & dirt on my home! Should upload a pic. Horrible.
