Both of my kids went to Garhime and loved it! The only issue either had was the amount of homework they had every night. I found my child in tears because she had so much 5th grade year. I inquired with her teacher and was told they were preparing them for middle school. My youngest has been in middle school for 2 years and rarely has homework, maybe a page of math or finish a book report, if that. My now high schooler was the same as they finish most work in class. We started at Garehime this year after having our kids in private school the past 3 years. I’ve been very happy with the school and my kids seem to be flourishing. Both my kids have awesome teachers and the school is supportive and great at communicating. What were we wasting our money on private school for?!

I love this school. Mrs Chianese (2nd grade) is very sweet, thoughtful, and caring. She has went out of her way to help my daughter. She keeps in contact with the parents and keeps you up to date on your child's progress. The school is also good

This is one of the best elementary schools in the city, hands down. The teachers were at the top of their game and communicated well (and frequently) with parents. The principal was friendly and hands on, frequently walking the school grounds to connect with both students and parents. The fact that the school teaches the students about business principles at such an early age is outstanding. My family was saddened to move away from this gem.
