Edith Caballero is an amazing therapist and human that focuses on supporting other helpers recover from burnout using EMDR in Salt Lake City, UT & FL. I've had the pleasure of seeing her in action in the consultation groups she hosts for other therapists and she's so compassionate and caring. She really makes other people feel heard. I met with her for a consultation as I was getting settled with my practice in Florida, and I really appreciated how warm and grounded she was. She created a space where I could slow down, talk through what was on my mind, and feel genuinely supported. It’s very clear that she cares deeply about social workers and therapists and the work we’re doing.
