I have been calling and reporting that we didn't have power since 2:30 am Saturday morning, getting the automated system every time. I have called 5 and 6 times every day always getting the same message our system shows the reported outage. I called 2 times this morning and got the same message. I called back about 10 minutes ago and finally got a person who informed me that they didn't have an individual outage report from me.
On behalf of our family, there aren't words to express just how we are most humbily grateful to all the workers in every aspect who were able to provide us with power. THANK YOU SO VERY VERY MUCH. We continue to pray for all of the workers still battling the situations ahead of them. If anyone still without power needs to take a shower, wash clothes, a meal, etc. let us know!

Been since 2:00am on Friday since we lost power. Haven't seen not one crew in Branchville/Rowesville area! Please send some crews this way. There just a tree on the line right off of 21 headed toward Orangeburg. Also customer service is a joke! I understand that you guys are working hard and you have extra crews but where are they?! You have elderly people with O2 who are having to got to the hospital to get there O2 because there is no power!
I have always received excellent service with Edisto Electric Cooperative! It amazes me how quickly my power was restored after we lost service due to Hurricane Matthew. Riding around seeing all of the downed lines and lines with trees across them, I expected it to be a much longer wait. Thank you so much for risking your lives to restore our power. It means so much!
Saying they repaired but for 4 days no lights or water
We still don't have power but we know y'all are working tirelessly. I can't imagine sleeping on cots, and way from my home and family during all of this. Thank you for your sacrifices.
Today makes 3 days that our power has been out and I have a 93 year old grandmother that is on oxygen. The day of the outage we called to report it and a representative said that because she has oxygen that she would be put on the priority list and some one would be there soon . Well 2days later and still no power. She has 2 tanks left that only last 6 hours .She needs her oxygen ! Everyone that I talk to can't tell me anything.
