RecommendedBrian Hefner and Will (Bull) Folk III were so helpful with the new system that Edisto Electric was offering for the Generac they were knowledgeable and kind and timely, always called back when a message was left. Most times contact was made right away, I did not have to leave a message. I say that is UNUSUAL these days. Thank you!!!!

Every single employee that was in this office on Friday afternoon after 4 pm went above and beyond to help me. Not many people go out of their way anymore but especially not at the end of a work week with a situation that is complicated to say the least. So very thankful this is who we have our power threw and for the wonderful customer service in the bamberg Branch.

Worst company ever make sure you pay your bill on time doesn’t matter if you receive a disconnect notice or not they’ll cut you off in a hart beat.

They don’t care nothing about the elderly and they will cut you off if you leave .2cent on your account. And if you Sneeze real hard the lights are out
