Caring about their customers and communicating with them. Keeping them informed what's going on and being available to talk with customers. There should be no reason a customer would have to call 8 AM every morning for over a week to see id lights will be turned on and no one will tell them when they will. Just told to call back again the next morning.

Made online payment and never received any notification that my payment wasn't processed!! 5 days later they turn off my power and say they see my payment but it didn't go through?! Some rude man says it was "probably because you didn't have any money there"... But no you idiot. I. Paid it BECAUSE MONEY WAS THERE!!! I never received any notification that my payment wasn't complete.... And they charged me fees to turn it back on. They can do whatever they want since there is no competition for power....

Line laying down on Volkswagon Road. Power went out. Three calls to get them notified. Their outage service reps suck. Been about 30 mins and they got nobody blocking road where line is hanging mid air. About to call 911 instead. What a joke!
