Do not move to this community. People doesn't use common sense . Management doesn't do anything even after many complaints about people and kids playing in the building 4 parking lot Edison village. In the building 4 the apartment beside the playground , the ladies just sit there and let there kids play in the parking lot and hit vehicles with stones and balls . I'm writing this review while witnessing a mouse scurrying around my unit. Despite being here for only 4 months, my experience at Edison Village Apartments has been extremely disappointing. The apartment complex has significant issues, including serious safety and security concerns that impact residents' well-being. To make matters worse, the leasing agent blatantly hid these concerns when I signed my lease. The apartment itself is filthy, with unpleasant odors and signs of pest infestation. Got a renovated unit. Nice apartment but horrible maintainance team super rude and almost never useful.
This place is a nightmare !!! Now the whole place filled with pests , utilities are terrible they charge me for water and I’m pretty sure that’s illegal , people that work here are the worst part !! Maintenance is so bad disrespectful and creepy and one of them got arrested for rapping his kids .. don’t move here you’ll absolutely hate it .
