I don’t understand the point of making an appointment if I’m still going to have to wait for 2 hours. I didn’t want to get up and lose my seat to the 30 people standing so I called to see how much longer it would be & the lady said “I don’t know ma’am” & hung up on me. Unfortunately, they’re not what they used to be. Never again.

This place is great! Everyone was very helpful, Mary F. answered all my questions. The waiting time was minimal and the customer service was on point! Dr. Navarro provided us with thorough explainations and proposed solutions to my father's ocular issues. The fact that Dr. Navarro is fluent in spanish is an extra plus because it made my parents feel more at ease. We drove 3 hours from Laredo, Texas to see this doctor and the travel was so worth it. Dr Navarro is sincerely one of the very best, most courteous, well mannered Doctors I've ever had the honor of seeing. I take my family there and he hooks it up. Proud to call him not my friend, but my brother!
The 3rd time I bring my daughter here within 3 months, she loves it! Really polite & fast service & can come in any time to fix her glasses.

My experience was great . Daniel helped us and must I say that has been the best service I've ever had. Every question I had he answered it and explained to me to where I was able to understand. He took his time and was patient with me understanding He made sure I understood everything in regards to my daughter and her vision. He even went as far as talking to my daughter explaining to her how her vision has changed and what was going to happen. Great patient experience .
