Have been with them since Dr. Ahlman was on University 107. So I was a child. Glad to see it has grown so much. They may have changed dr.s due to retirement, but the people skills are still awesome.

Great people. But they take forever. Apt was at 9 an its 12 an still haven't seen a doctor. �
Went in to get a replacement for my son. Turned out I couldn't get one, because the first pair wasn't covered by the insurance which wasn't my fault. It was your employees. So, she screwed my 5 year old out of a replacement.

I had an appointment for 10am I arrived here 20 minutes early to make sure I didn't miss it. It is now 12:41pm and I have yet to be seen by an optometrist. I sat in the front lobby for 2 hrs and in the back lobby for 40 minutes. To anyone looking for a new place to get glasses please look elsewhere. As a first time visit to any medical facility, this is by far the worst experience and wait I've ever had.

Went to see Dr. Navarro for contacts trial and glasses. Dr. Navarro was awesome and Cristina L. was great, she answered all my questions and kept me updated before I picked up my contacts. Thank you Dr. Navarro and Cristina!!!!!
I brought my mom today and danny (tech)did awesome job he explained real good. About vision and diabetes. Exams and dr. Flores did good job also taking care of her and explained on the test done. Reccomend it for Any patients
