My big problem with Edinburg McAllen Vet Clinic was that they gave us no post-op care instructions. I feel like they didn't tell us anything about what to expect during recovery. They sent us home with no pain meds or antibiotics. My corgi developed an infection so we had to go back to get antibiotics. We barely spoke with the vet and he seemed like he was in a rush. My friend took her dog of over 12 years in today. Her name was Shanti and she was an unfailingly faithful watch dog and companion. She was extremely ill, and my friend trusted that these medical professionals would give her a straight answer. Instead, she was given unclear, round-about answers and overcharged for the patient's medical care, as well as mislabelling her medications. I have been coming here for 8 years for all of Chula's vet needs. The Doctors and Vet Staff have been the greatest.
Have taken my dogs and cats there for years, so nice, and quick, love it there! My dog just got a hernia removed and was happy and running after a few days.
The best veterinary clinic I have been to. My boy Einstein likes them also.
