Took my 6 year old 5lb chihuahua for a dental cleaning , tooth polishing and 2 extractions. The price was fair to be honest cheaper than what I expected �I got there at 8 am and was out by 8:15am. I went back to pick up my dog at 10:40 am. The service here, ladies and vets have always been great to me . I really appreciate the service I received today. I liked the staff they are friendly and professional. Took my dog in for vaccinnes. What I didn't like is that I asked a question, and they didn't let me know beforehand that they would also be charging me 40 dlls. For an office visit. I knew the price for the vaccines and was on with that. The office visit was truly not necessary and I wish they had let me known before and I would have said that just the vaccines for now. 40 dlls. For less than 2 minutes (to answer my question) seems way too much.
I have been going here for over 13 years, since moving to the Valley. Dr. Garza was awesome, Dr. Lucas Hinojosa has always been wonderful, and his son, Daniel, is already proving himself to be an excellent vet, as well, having helped me through when my dog had cancer.
Edinburg McAllen Veterinary Clinic is the only place to take my dogs. l have gone to 2 other veterinary clinics one time only in my dogs' 12 years with bad results. I refuse to go anywhere else other than E&M Veterinary Clinic with Great Results and Great Staff.
