RecommendedBEST DOCTOR !!! Since my change of providers my daughters enjoy their visits to the doctor .
New mom and was recommended here due to good reviews, but i will be changing pediatrician. its sad because i really liked my daughters pediatrician (Mariela ontiveros) but the front desk staff is very rude. i just needed a formula perscription for my daughter.I am sorry for the bother for it but my daughters needs come before me and she needed it. The staffs rudeness shows they dont care about children. you need to love children if you are going to work front desk.
La Dr Liviana es muy amable pero el equipo de trabajo no es amable... mi hijo tenía tos y se le escuchaba ruido en los pulmones y no lo quisieron atender por qué no tenía cita... los bebés nunca avisan cuando van a enfermar... decidí cambiarme de clínica y a su personal no le importa que los pacientes se vayan... muy desepcionada
We loved the Edinburg clinic, but have been forced to go to the new Mcallen clinic twice due to the time of day and have had horrible experiences BOTH times. The PA’s cannot diagnose properly and when we called to tell them that my two year old was hallucinating on Tamiflu and was kicking and screaming, their response was “Well he’s a kid, kids don’t like taking medicine.” I regret giving them a second chance after our first incident in April. Dr. Zavala is great, but we won’t be going back due to her incompetent staff.

My girls have been with Dr. Zavala since birth, my oldest is 13 and my youngest is 2 months. That pretty much sums it up.
We learned more in our first visit with Dr. Livania Zavala than we did in 3 different visits with a different pediatrician. Super happy about the change we made to this doctor. We found out about her from a friend who told us she was very patient and detailed about every question you have. Our friend did not lie. Dr. Zavala is awesome!! We need more human beings like her. 5 stars!!!
Dr.Zavala is an amazing pediatrician! After teaching me a proper latch technique my baby is eating so much better!! Just when i thought breastfeeding wasnt for me, all it took was a couple adjustments and just like that myself and baby were able too. Thank you Dr. Zavala for the great advice!!
Es una Dra. muy profesional, comprensiva, siempre esta al pendiente de sus pacientes, es la mejor, al igual que todo su personal de trabajo.
