Very unprofessional service by David Friedline in Rochester MN. I have been trying to reach him for 2 weeks after he came to view my home. I had to reach out to his manager and the customer care line to get another realtor from Edina assigned to me. I still don’t have a realtor and we are 2 weeks later. He was assigned to me by my relocation specialist. After I spoke to his manager, Jennifer she said it would be done. A week later, no communication so I call her back for her to say they won’t be completing it.
Edina realty was so great to work with! They made the whole process from finding a house, to closing with title company so smooth! Special shoutout to Sylvia, hands down best realtor ever!
We closed on our new house yesterday Edina Realty Escrow services were top notch. We were out of there in 30 minutes. My hand still sore from all the signatures!
