I don’t recommend leasing from Edie, overall it was a pretty awful experience. Edie lacks the necessary communication skills needed to be a landlord, and she takes her lack of management skills out on her customers. She needs to learn how to communicate with others in a clearer manner. After asking months prior if we could extend the lease by two weeks while she didn’t have a new tenant, she kept stringing us along and not giving us a definitive answer.
