I ordered a last minute Birthday arrangement for same day delivery, @ around 10am. I had asked to please deliver before 2:30pm at the recipient´s work location, which wasn´t too far from the store, yet it wasn´t walking distance either. It was delivered a few minutes before noon. I was happilly surprised because they actually took my request into consideration, I feel they really went the extra mile here. Did I mention that the arrangment was beautiful? Never deal with this scammers . They don’t deliver present from my man for almost 800 dollars ! They never answer the phone and they will ruin your good mood and your holiday!
Never got my delivery… won’t even pick up the phone. Was supposed to be feb 14th. Give me my order or money back!!!! Awful experience!!!!!!
I do not recommend this place at all. I placed an order for my mom to get an arrangement for that same day and nothing. I even paid extra but it never show. For two days it was ‘received by store’. I’ve called the store around 5 times no response. I even called the customer service, it just directed me to the store. I’ve left voicemail and nothing. I would never recommend this store and the company to anyone.
