Horrible properties no value for others concern only interested in money.
I bought a newly built house in 2013 from Edgewood properties. The basement wall start leaking 2 years ago. No one reply emails from the office/management. I got the construction management phone number after going to their office. Construction never do anything about the problem. After sending many emails by me and HOA, Construction people finally said last week that they are not responsible. I worked at Edgewood Properties and wish I didn’t. By far the worst company to work for. A very hostile work environment and heartless management. Poor managed and there is no structure. Management be little their employees and treat people very poorly. WORST PLACE EVER

If you want to preserve your sanity and actually be spoken to and treated like a human being Do Not Ever work for this company. Frank Sellinger is perhaps the worst human being Ever and doesnt have a clue how to deal with or interact with people, especially those working under him!!!
