This company is by far the worst thing to happen to Kensington Place in East Brunswick. They are charging residents up front for amenities that aren’t even in use. It’s filthy. They refuse to fix the fire pits so we can use them. They charge the residents 5 TIMES the amount for water and sewage every month. Make changes without written notification. AND TO TOP IT OFF. They do not know how to communicate and respond to the residents of this community. They are being reported to the BBB !!!!!!!!!!!

Leasing office is highly non co-operative. They do not keep interest of customers in mind. Just interested in making money from customers. Extremely arrogant & impolite leasing agents here at The Crossings, Hamilton.
