I am a business and I highly do not recommend Edgewood Properties. They like to HarrasS people for their money and blame them for little stuff when leaving your apartments. This company is a scam and will start seeing everyone they get into contact with.

So happy I moved out of their property years ago. The year I was there, I had nothing but problems.. and maintenance almost never showed up unless I went down to the office and waited. Even worse, now I’m reading terrible things after our area got hit by a bad hurricane. They should be ashamed of themselves! Stay FAR AWAY. not worth the money! I moved in on the sept 1st they cashed my securitydepositof 2557, was evacuated and now we re homeless. make it make sense to me!!! please im begging you do not move to Brookside Gardens. also they re infested with roaches but they don't care .
