Bad management. Bad maintenance. We waited 3 months for a dishwasher and 6 months for a screen door that didn't even fit. Terrible experience living here
I went for a house Tour. A one month rent off discount was advertised online and in person. i asked for clarifications and confirmed that the offers were valid. Expressed interest in the apartment still and was informed just as i was submitting my application that the offer is does not exist anymore. some basic appliances were missing in the unit we toured and repair works for empty apartment toured seemed incomplete at best and totally undone at worst. really considered this apartment and thought it would be worth it but th... read more
I was looking apartments on rent in the area and was considering this, but after reading the reviews, completely dropping the idea! Reviews are horrific and attitude of management can clearly be seen in their standard response but no corrective action taken on the ground!
This review is long overdue. I was never a resident, I did an in person tour back in March 2024. I hope things have changed since then. I wouldn’t feel safe living here- there was a squatter living in the unit we self toured in. When we walked back to the leasing office to tell the leasing agent, she apologized but seemed mostly unbothered by this- like it was a known issue. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough. Maintenance addressed our request quickly, and left the Apt clean after the project was finished.
