I have lived at this property since 2016. It did not begin to decline until Birgo Realty became the owners. Tomorrow will make a week that I have had a major leak in my bathroom that has gone unaddressed. Brian, the maintenance employee did his job to come and diagnose the issue (as he was the second maintenance worker to be assigned to my work order as the first one never came out) but has not received any support from the property managers or the plumber. If you’re looking to live around people who don’t know how to live around others and have a knack for stealing mail and packages this is the place to be! And don’t even try to reach out to the leasing company because they couldn’t care less.
My friend lives here. And it's a nice environment. And quiet.
It isn’t fancy or perfect, but the location is convenient, the price is relatively cheap, and their current management has been responsive.
